Originally built over 140 years ago, The Helm House® is a lovingly restored coastal farmhouse reimagined as a warm and welcoming retreat. Redesigned by its owners in 2020, the home was created first for family and friends, then thoughtfully opened to guests seeking a meaningful Maine escape. Every room, finish, and outdoor space was planned with intention to feel lived-in and genuine, not just a rental, but a true home away from home in Boothbay Harbor.
