We hope you had a lovely stay. Here are a few quick steps to help us prepare for the next guest.
Home
- Lock both doors
- Close and lock all windows
- Turn off lights, fans, TVs & AC
Bedrooms & Bath
- Leave bedding as is (do not strip beds)
- Hang wet towels (do not leave on floor or in pile)
Kitchen
- Load and run dishwasher if needed
- Hand wash non-dishwasher-safe items
- Remove ALL kitchen trash to outside bins
- Double bag seafood/shellfish waste
- Refrigerator: take what you want or leave items
Final Check
- Look under beds & in drawers
- Check carefully for personal items
- Contact us ASAP if you think something was left behind
- Found items can be shipped back (shipping cost applies)
Check-Out Time
- 10:00 AM EST
- Cleaners arrive shortly after checkout
Late Departure
- Late check-out may be available with approval. Additional charges may apply. Staying past checkout time may result in a fee up to one night’s rental.
